Rogue Isles is a stylised pirate MMORPG in Browser Alpha. Create a captain, survive the castaway opening and earn your first voyage into an island world. On shore, quests, gathering, crafting and combat build your character. At sea, sailing and naval encounters give your progress a new setting.

The current R69 development build includes Port Solara, other island destinations, character creation, mining, crafting and underground exploration. This is an evolving Alpha: content, balance and presentation can change.

For Pirates of the Caribbean Online fans

If the appeal of Pirates of the Caribbean Online or The Legend of Pirates Online is becoming a captain and exploring with other pirates, start with Rogue Isles’ first voyage and sailing guide. Your opening journey teaches practical survival before sending you toward a harbour and wider adventures.

Rogue Isles has its own world, characters and game systems. It is an independent project, with no affiliation to Disney or The Legend of Pirates Online.

For RuneScape and Old School RuneScape players

Enjoy choosing a skill to train and watching a character grow? Rogue Isles develops skills through actions rather than a fixed class selection. Fishing, cooking, woodcutting, mining and crafting sit alongside combat and seamanship. Read the skills guide to plan a gathering or crafting session, then use the Captain’s Register to look up a saved public profile.

The setting, progression curve, recipes and combat are Rogue Isles’ own. It does not reproduce RuneScape’s quests or promise the content scale of an established MMO. RuneScape and Old School RuneScape belong to Jagex; the projects are independent.

For Sea of Thieves players

If a pirate setting and shared adventures brought you here, try the sailing route and explore the coast. Rogue Isles also puts emphasis on persistent captain skills, gathering and crafting. Check release status for the Alpha’s scope before expecting a finished live-service game. Rogue Isles is not affiliated with Rare or Sea of Thieves.
